One step at a Time

We all have been frustrated by deadline & overlaoded unfinished work. 
What if I told you I have solution for it? 
Before going to solution, we must know the reason for making all the excuses that leads to trouble finish things.

So the first thing is why.
Why you can't do what you want to do what need to be done? 
First reason is we can't decide what is our wants and what is our needs. 
You want to exercise make that you need
You Want to meditate make that your need
You want to communicate very effectively make that your need. 

When we start making our wants our need we no option other than doing it. 

For example, suppose you have given a task to complete by a week then you will say yourself that you will make it by tomorrow and so on and so you will procrastinate it every time you want to make it, but when you have no time the thing is that you need to make it. In the last hour left.

We could have done it by breaking it into tiny simple task day by day so that it will reduce the task for the day and save the time and save you energy and you will collectively make it on time.

This is the four step to make any work simple precise and clear.
1. Discover What is your work, what resources you need, and other things that you should be aware of.

2. Design your solution in overview mode just design it don't do it. Design the steps how you will do that the process the methods and overall outlet to the solution of the problem given to you.

3. Develop the solution using your skills and knowledge and give your hundred percent in doing it. Go through it and revise look for anything that need to be edited or rectified or improved. Then make the change and complete the work help design you previously made.

4. Distribute your work to the needed one and to those who want it. Or with any audience you want to show to. And decide how you will distribute it like sending in the email giving a presentation or directly speaking to them or a handing over the work.

Best way to complete a work is to break it down to tiny simple easy to make task & do it  repeatedly.
